The Roman Catholic Church plans to improve the helpline for victims of sexual abuse within the church. More pastoral staff will work at the line, so that between ten am and five pm, someone will always answer the phone.
In recent weeks there was criticism that this legal aid service was poorly accessible and that there was often just an answering machine.
There have been 600 reports of abuse.
