Sarah Jessica Parker’s High Heels Issue – Splash News

8 March 2013

Sarah Jessica Parker has worn high heels for so long she’s reportedly left the bones in her feet deformed.

British daily The Morning Star, reporting from the trade union congress today:

Trade unionists called for a crackdown on bosses who force women workers to wear high heels.

The debate followed the high-profile case of Nicola Thorp, who hit the headlines after she was sent home by a receptionists’ agency for her refusal to wear them.

Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists delegate Katie Collins said: “Apart from being extremely sexist, this can also lead to long-term foot problems.”
