Roman coins discovery in the Netherlands

This 17 February 2015 video is about Roman coins, discovered in Buren in the Netherlands.

169 coins were found by two amateur archaeologists in a ditch. Probably the biggest third century treasure ever found in the Netherlands.

The oldest coin is from 196-198, the newest one from 248-249.

From tomorrow on, these coins will be exhibited in the Rijksmuseum van Oudheden in Leiden.
