I’m NOT Featured On Freshly Pressed Award

My dear friend Horty of the blog It Is What It Is has been so kind to nominate Dear Kitty. Some blog for the “I’m NOT Featured On Freshly Pressed Award”.

Patty writes about it:

This award is supposed to be fun! (I love fun!) Not to offend in any way. Personally, it made me smile and I love to smile!”

I am giving a secret away: I really don’t know what “Freshly Pressed” means! I’ve seen it, though ….

I will take this opportunity now to tell all that it doesn’t matter to me to be included in Word Press “Freshly Pressed” section. What matters to me is that people are reading my posts, liking them, reblogging them and learning from them.

As Dear Kitty. Some blog moved to WordPress only in December 2011, I don’t know that much about Freshly Pressed at WordPress. So, I basically have no feelings for or against it.

Once upon a time I thought I was to be nominated as Australian of the Year, as suggested by some friends, I now know what the tall poppy syndrome is, but in time you get over this idea as being special to society, and become comforted that you are not much more than nothing, if that, why? do not think that way, it only leads to heartbreak.
