Dutch bats get better building rules

This video from the USA is called Bat Box Building Plans.

The Dutch mammal society reports an improvement for bats.

Until now, construction rules made it illegal to make openings in outer walls of buildings of over one centimeter in size.

Under new rules, exceptions can be made for protected species; like bats, and birds like swifts.
