This is a spoonbill video.
According to Dutch news agency ANP, this year more spoonbills than ever are nesting on Texel island.
There are 540 breeding couples, nearly 150 more than last year.
In all of the Netherlands this year, over 2200 spoonbill couples are nesting. See also here.
