Snipe and butterflies

Today, again to the Polders Poelgeest nature reserve.

Gadwall ducks. Snipe.

This is a video about a blue tit nest.

Two blue tits looking for insects on reed and bulrush plants.

A sedge warbler close to the blue tits.

A group of goldfinches.

Then, peacock and painted lady butterflies. Five ring-necked parakeets flying. A small tortoiseshell butterfly. A group of domestic geese, gray lag geese, and Canada geese on a meadow.

Two muscovy ducks.

Tufted ducks, shovelers, and teal.

A common blue butterfly.

Clouded Yellow & Painted lady butterflies still arriving in the UK in large numbers: here.
