Working to Change the World Award, thanks Moorbey, Tazein and Barbara!

Change The World Award

My friend Barbara of the blog idealisticrebel has created a new blogging award: the Working to Change the World Award.

She has been so kind to nominate Dear Kitty. Some blog for it. Thanks for this gesture!

And many thanks as well to Moorbey, of Moorbey’z Blog, for your kind nomination of my blog for the same award!

Also many thanks to Tazein of transcendingbordersblog, who also generously nominated Dear Kitty. Some blog for it!

Barbara writes about this award:

I am creating this new award to recognize those bloggers at WordPress who are working to make a difference in the world.

Recipients of the Working to Change the World Award work hard and sincerely to make the world a better place, using their compassion, love, and understanding, and promoting open minds, free communication of ideas and, above all, peace.

There are people who do not accept awards who are deserving, and I just want you to know that I appreciate all of the work that you do on your Blog here at WordPress, and I am proud to be part of the WordPress Family with you.

The rules of this award are:

Post the award on your blog
Link back to the person you nominated you
List one thing — however small — that you think would make the world better if everyone did it
Nominate bloggers whom you feel help to Change the World — there’s no minumum or maximum, just a list of those you feel are deserving

One thing which would would make the world better if everyone did it:

Critically question what ruling politicians and corporate media say; especially if they are inciting wars.

My nominees are:

1. Rising Continent

2. Deconstructing Myths

3. Archaic Sugar

4. You Don’t Know Crazy

5. Tish Farrell
