The Iberian chiffchaff is a south west European and north west African songbird.
It is rare in northern European countries, like in Britain and the Netherlands.
Yesterday and today, there is one singing in the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen nature reserve in the Netherlands.
The chiffchaff singing this morning opposite my house was not an Iberian, but an “ordinary” chiffchaff (can be identified by more “monotonous” singing.)
