CEO Elon Musk is in conflict with California authorities because he will not be allowed to restart his Tesla plant in Fremont, near San Francisco, for the time being. On Twitter, he threatens to leave the state to move the factory to Nevada or Texas.

Musk also threatens to sue local authorities. He has been critical of the lockdown measures for some time. They are fascist, he says.
