There are 2 snake species in Central Europe that specialize in hunting near or under the water. Grass snake (Natrix natrix) eats frogs a lot and Dice snake (Natrix tessellata) hunts fish.
This video shows these two colubrid snakes in the Czech Republic and their interesting behavior. It is visible that snakes can live together in harmony with people if there are enough natural microhabitats. These scenes will be in a snake film called Snakes of The Czech Republic, filmed by Living Zoology.
