The US Americans exclusively want to buy the rights to a vaccine and the German government is trying to prevent that, the German [right wing] newspaper Welt am Sonntag reports based on sources from government circles.

Trump is said to attempt to get the vaccine exclusively for the US, according to Welt am Sonntag sources. Scientists from the CureVac company from Tübingen are said to be enticed by US Americans with high financial offers.

If Donald Trump would really care about the lives of people in the USA threatened by the coronavirus, then. instead of spending taxpayers’ money on bribing German scientists or on a $1.5 trillion Big Banking bailout, he would have Medicare For All; like Bernie Sanders wants, but which Trump (and Biden) do not want. Making the coronavirus vaccine, when it will exist, free for everyone, inside and outside of the USA. Instead of using United States taxpayers’ dollars to get some US Big Pharma corporation a private monopoly of the vaccine; making it affordable only to United States rich people like Trump.
