From the presidential campaign of United States Senator Bernie Sanders today:
We’ve got a new sticker, and you’re going to like it.
Not a single billionaire has donated to our campaign. That’s because our political revolution is powered by the working class. And when we’re in the White House, we’re going to pass a wealth tax that will finally make the billionaire class pay their fair share.
So here’s a sticker to help show your support for Bernie and to help us win this election.
Donate any amount of money that you think is fair to Bernie 2020 and we’ll send you this “Billionaires Should Not Exist” sticker.
We’re only going to offer this sticker for a few days, so act fast. Most people chip in about $9. Get yours here.
In solidarity,
Team Bernie
One of these billionaires who should not exist is Donald Trump, president of the USA. Here comes one of the reasons why, from the League of Conservation Voters in the USA today:
Earlier this week, we reported that Trump is lashing out by fast-tracking a series of anti-environment policies as impeachment backs him further and further into a corner.
There’s been a new development: we’ve received word the Trump administration is about to take a major step towards undermining mercury emission limits for oil– and coal-fired power plants.
Mercury is a dangerous neurotoxin that permanently damages brain development in babies and children. There is NO known safe level of exposure. Even industry groups are opposing Trump’s move — there’s zero upside here.
We can stop him, but we need your help. The Trump administration wants the plan finalized as soon as November — we’ve got a VERY narrow window of time to stop them. A donor has agreed to triple match every contribution to our emergency campaign — but we need to be ramping up efforts now.
Right now every dollar you give will immediately TRIPLE in impact to help LCV fight back against Trump’s reckless attacks. Pitch in now with a gift of $5 or more.
This is a fight we can win. The Obama administration’s rule limiting mercury pollution from oil– and coal-burning power plants is a popular policy, and it’s easy to understand why: mercury exposure can cause tremors, memory loss, lung and kidney damage, and even death.
The House bill that blocks the Trump administration’s irresponsible rollback has support from both Democrats and Republicans in both chambers of Congress. But whether Congress actually steps in to stop Trump will depend on a mere handful of swing votes, which means we need to pull out all the stops NOW.
Today, any amount you can pitch in — even if it’s just $5 — will immediately TRIPLE in impact so we can drive more phone calls, more letters, and more grassroots pressure in Washington during this critical moment.
Please don’t wait! Every gift goes three times as far right now — $5 becomes $15 — and we urgently need the resources to fund this fight.
The Trump administration’s war against the environment has escalated in recent weeks, and we’re fighting back on multiple fronts — everything from mercury pollution limits, to drilling in the Arctic, and clean car regulations in California and 14 other states across the country.
Thank you, as always, for your commitment and support — we couldn’t do this without you.
Sincerely,
Gene Karpinski
President

Definitely. Jeff Bezos, the richest man in the world, has confessed that he does not know on what more he can spend his money. Yet, he still gets richer by exploiting his workers.
