This video from Panama says about itself:
A Seldom Seen Orange-billed Sparrow Drops In – April 25, 2019
A rare visitor to the feeder, the Orange-billed Sparrow stopped in this morning. This medium-sized sparrow is found in undergrowth habitats within primary and secondary forests, but occasionally ventures out onto paths or edges of clearings. A Snowy-bellied Hummingbird can also be seen making a pit stop at the nectar feeder.
