Panamanian manakins practice dancing

This 20 March 2019 video from Panama says about itself:

Enjoy the 2019 season’s first look at a Lance-tailed Manakin male as he investigates the display perch and practices some dance moves.

This 20 March 2019 video says about itself:

Watch an adult male Lance-tailed Manakin practice some courtship display moves with a couple of subadult males (note their tawny-green plumage and red cap). It’s common for young males to attempt to dance on perches when no females are around, just as adult males will practice when females aren’t watching.

More often than not, subadults will practice dancing with each other, but sometimes they dance with adults as well.
