This 18 December 2018 video is from Ecomare museum on Texel island in the Netherlands. Then, over twenty guillemots had been brought to the museum. The birds had become victims of an oil slick.
The video shows washing the guillemots; to clean their feathers and make it possible to free the birds again.
This is an all too often happening, Dear Kitty.

Good that people at the museum cleanse these birds, but it would have been better if there would have been no oil slick.
