US Sabotages UN Attempt at Yemen Ceasefire, as Opposition to War Grows in Congress

The Trump administration claimed it would seek a ceasefire in Yemen in 30 days, but the US blocked a UN Security Council resolution submitted by Britain.

The Conservative Theresa May government in Britain is extremely supportive of the absolute monarchy in Saudi Arabia and its bloody war in Yemen. They help British merchants of death sell billions of pounds in weapons to the Saudi royals for butchering yet more civilians in Yemen.

It is very hard for any government to surpass the Theresa May administration in helpfulness in making the Yemen bloodbath still worse. Yet, now the Trump administration in the USA manages it.
