It might be raining in El Valle de Antón, Panama, but that’s not stopping this Gray-cowled Wood-Rail from scouring the fruit feeder platform for its favorite offerings! Atop coral stilts, these wood-rails mainly forage on the ground for invertebrates, but they’re also known for dining on small vertebrates, seeds, berries, and palm fruits.
