A significant new paper reveals a clear link between land burnt for driven grouse shooting and raptor persecution in the Peak District National Park. It also shows that goshawks and peregrines are declining in those areas where driven grouse shooting occurs.
In this response, Chris Packham calls for change. “We should all have the pleasure of being able to enjoy the natural treasures that we can find in our national parks.
