Still 3 April 2018 in Sichuan, China. We had come down from the Pamuling mountain summit. At a stream, a white wagtail. In a tree in Pamuling village, these Elliott’s laughingthrushes.
They were apparently in love with each other, though sometimes cleansing their own feathers.
The birds were not the only colourful element in the village; as there were also these Buddhist prayer flags.
