Dutch NOS TV reports today that the Jehovah’s Witnesses church refuses to hand over files about child abuse, including confessions of abuse by church members to internal religious courts, to the police and justice department. Abuse survivors are scared that the Jehovah’s Witnesses will destroy that abuse evidence.
