Wood mouse uncovers acorn

This 14 December 2017 video is about a wood mouse uncovering an acorn in Jufferswaard nature reserve near Renkum town in Gelderland province in the Netherlands.

Wood mice bury acorns as food reserve for winter. They do not find all acorns again, in that way helping oak trees to spread.

Wim Arp made this video.
