Another Rare Visit From Brown Thrasher – Ontario FeederWatch Cam – Dec. 5, 2017
It’s a windy one in Manitouwadge, Ontario, but that didn’t stop an unexpected feeder guest—a Brown Thrasher—from stopping by the Ontario FeederWatch cam multiple times today. Here, the thrasher holds its ground from a group of European Starlings while facing 30 mph winds! Brown Thrashers are seldom sighted this far north, especially in the winter months when they primarily reside in the southeast US.
