Police investigating the Grenfell Tower fire say there are grounds to suspect corporate manslaughter may have been committed.
In a letter to residents affected by the disaster, the Metropolitan Police said both Kensington and Chelsea Council and the Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation could be prosecuted.
Charlotte Lomas reports.
How about police prosecuting Boris Johnson, now Britain’s Conservative Foreign Secretary, who sacked so many firefighters when he was mayor of London? How about police prosecuting David Cameron, who as Conservative Prime Minister was so proud he was ‘killing safety culture’?
