Good kingfisher news

This is a common kingfisher video from ex-Yugoslavia.

According to Dutch Vroege Vogels radio today, 87 kingfisher couples have nested in the Gooi region in the Netherlands in 2016.

This is a record number. In many of these nests, three broods fledged.
