Northern flicker preening in the USA

This video from the USA says about itself:

9 July 2016

Gorgeous Mother Northern Flicker is taking a break from feeding four babies in the nest box and doing some preening and general resting which is well deserved as baby woodpeckers spend almost a month in the nest after hatching before fledging. You can catch a glimpse of her stunning yellow feathers which is why these are technically called “Yellow Shafted Northern Flickers”.
