Volkswagen pollution fraudsters exposed at car exhibition

At the Motor Show in Geneva an activist has embarrassed Volkswagen during a press presentation. During a talk by a member of the board the man appeared in Volkswagen overalls on stage to install supposedly some fraudulent software in the car that was also on stage.

“May I? I have new fraudulent software” said the man as he walked to the new Volkswagen model and like a mechanic went under the car. “This time no one will find out.” The man was then immediately removed and disposed of by the security men on the stage.

In September last year it became known that Volkswagen had tampered with the software of millions of diesel cars, making it seem like they emit much less CO2 than they do in reality.
