ISIS boss, Turkish Erdogan, voted ‘dictators of the year’

This 29 April 2016 video is called In the Name of the Profit. Liberated Syrian Town Reveals ISIS Oil Trade Secrets.

Another video which used to be on YouTube says about itself:

ISIS smuggle oil into Turkey (English subtitles)

26 November 2015

From the oil fields south of Kirkuk, to the area around Mosul, to Deir ez-Zor, to the fields around Raqqa in Syria, ISIS smuggle oil across the border into Turkey in bright daylight. ISIS uses the route from Mosul via the area south of Sinjar to smuggle the oil into Raqqa then to the border of Turkey via the Turkmen area across the border of Turkey. Bilal Erdogan, the son of the president of Turkey, Erdogan is the main chief behind this smuggling. Click CC for English.

Dutch site Joop.nl reports today on the ‘dictator of the year’ election by Dutch broadcasting organisation VPRO.

A three-person jury voted for Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the boss of terrorist organisation ISIS.

The general public, which could vote on the Internet, elected President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey. Erdoğan got 82.2% of the votes cast.

Despite being one of the most effective forces fighting the Islamic State in Syria, when the invitations were sent out for the next round of Syrian peace talks, the Kurds didn’t make the guest list. Instead, the U.S. and its allies sided with Turkey, who said they would boycott if the Kurds got a seat at the table: here.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel returned to Ankara on Monday, the latest of several trips to Turkey since the beginning of this year. She met there with Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. While stopping the flow of refugees and border security were again on the agenda, this time political and military collaboration against Russia was at the heart of the talks: here.
