Big mammals counted in Dutch national park

This video from the Netherlands is called Oostvaardersplassen – Large herbivores: Heck cattle.

On 26 and 27 October 2015, big grazing mammals were counted from helicopters in Oostvaardersplassen national park in the Netherlands.

The results became known today.

Heck cattle: 220 to 225 animals
Konik horses: 1075
Red deer: 2900 to 3350
