British EDL nazis sentenced for violent crimes

This video from England says about itself:

Many English Defence League (EDL) supporters have extreme views, and many have shown they support Nazism. Here is a compilation showing EDL supporters giving the Nazi salute.

From daily The Morning Star in Britain:

EDL ringleader jailed for racist violence

Friday 12th December 2014

A VILE English Defence League ringleader who “enjoyed every minute” of violent scenes that included torching a Pakistani flag during a rally was jailed yesterday alongside fellow “racists.”

Lee Joshua, who was sentenced to 16 months, was among 200 EDL supporters who left 30 police officers injured after pelting them with paving slabs and bottles during the disorder in Birmingham in July last year.

Mr Joshua, who later posted an image of himself burning a copy of the Koran on Facebook, was said to be at the forefront of attempts to break through police lines despite being on crutches.

He was sentenced along with fellow EDL supporters Jake Hill, who was jailed for 22 months, James Harrington, who got two years and Adam Beebee who received 13 months.

Passing sentence on the men, who all admitted violent disorder, Judge Richard Bond said much of the conduct seen at the EDL rally had been “plainly racist and/or anti-Muslim.”

Tory candidate suspended for allegedly colluding with EDL for election votes. Afzal Amin accused of trying to arrange announcement of an incendiary march by the far-right group, which he would then be credited with preventing: here.
