Oceanic puffer, first time in the Netherlands

This is a video by a German diver on an oceanic puffer.

Oceanic puffers are a subtropical fish species.

They had never been recorded from the North Sea.

However, this week people from Ecomare museum on Texel island in the Netherlands discovered one; beached on the south of the island.
