After the Groene Jonker nature reserve on 1 June 2014, to another reserve: Ruygeborg. Though this is a new reserve, it already has beautiful birds. And beautiful flowers, like these yellow water-lilies.

Special rare birds: two glossy ibis walk on the mud; with a redshank.
A male marsh harrier flying. A northern lapwing tries to drive it away by dive-bombing.
As we left, a barn swallow flying past a grey heron.
