The British government have for its history maintained the Institute of Parliament, which is if anything is not a democratic Institution, other than in name, this set up of a mind formula that demands resolution to situations to be resolved by violence, and violence is perpetrated by stealth as to what the British government decides, as in suppression, directed to what ever is seen as profitable for the British Elite, this Elite, is guided by profiteering and morality is if any where secondary, the British Justice system promoted as the finest judicial system in the world, however this propaganda is the same call as the system being democratic.
