Dead animals help other animals survive

This is a video about a dead wild boar in the Netherlands, and about animals feeding on dead animals: ravens, white-tailed eagles, red foxes and various beetle species.

According to research in the Netherlands, dead animals feed about 150 fly species, some 750 beetle species, snails, worms, spiders, harvestmen, mites, woodlice, centipedes, springtails, butterflies, grasshoppers, wasps, bees, bumblebees, ants and bugs.
