Magpies talk to each other, video

This video is about a magpie in a flowering tree in Klarendal in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

It talks to another magpie in a higher tree; while around it, bees visit the flowers.

Gerard Mulder made this video on 8 March 2014.

  1. Magpies, always fascinating birds to observe… Very social, too. When they’re alone, they tend to chatter or mutter to themselves, almost as if they need to talk to _someone_.
