This video from the USA is called Butterflies and Moths: Who is Who?
This month, rare moths have been seen in the Netherlands; as the Vlinderstichting entomologists report.
On 14 September on Terschelling island, an autumn green carpet moth was found at a lamp.
On 18 September, the same species was recorded in Castricum.
During the last fifty years, autumn green carpet moths had been seen in the Netherlands only about ten times.
Also, there was a black rustic moth in Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen reserve. Another special species.
