On Friday February 22, 2013 you surpassed your previous record of most likes in one day ( 488 ) for your posts on Dear Kitty. Some blog.

11. So far, November 2012 is my month with most blog posts: 348.

Carolyn’s questions, and my replies, are:

1. If life was ‘just a bowl of cherries’… which fruit would you rather be? Strawberry.

2. Who is your favourite singer? Maria Farantouri.

3. Snow or Beach? Maybe snow on a beach.

4. Did you have a favourite toy when growing up? Did it have a name? Did you take it with you everywhere you went? Yes, a little textile polar bear. Its name refered to ice. No, I did not take it everywhere; like, not to school.

5. What are your favourite things to do on weekends? Birdwatching; sleeping a little longer.

6. Did you have a hobby when you were a kid? Playing soccer.

7. Are you a sporty type, or more the studious type? Maybe you are both…! I study a lot, and used to be in soccer, track and field, chess and table tennis clubs.

8. If you were in a raft in the middle of the ocean, who would you like for company? A very good sailor who would know how to reach land or alarm a passing ship.

9. Do you keep your birthday cards? No.

10. Is life what you expected as a child? No, it is different, but still good 🙂

11. Do you have a pet? No. I used to have a terrarium with native frogs. But they kept leaping out. So, I set them free.
