Very Inspiring Blogger Award, thanks Verde Despertar!

After all the bloggers who were so kind to nominate Dear Kitty. Some blog for awards, now another award.

Thank you so very much, VERDE DESPERTAR, for nominating me for the Very Inspiring Blogger award!

VERDE DESPERTAR’s beautiful blog, in Spanish, is about vegetarianism, music and other subjects.

Seven things about myself:

1. When I am blogging, I have often a tab open about Comments on my blog. If I refresh it, then I can see whether there are Pending comments which I should approve (or not). And whether there is comment spam

2. The WordPress anti spam software usually works well for my blog. It says it has stopped so far 71,140 messages from porn merchants, viagra merchants, etc. from appearing as comments on my blog. 99.64% accuracy rate.

3. Nevertheless, it says

• 36 missed spam
• 332 false positives (real bona fide comments, misidentified as spam). So, I have to be vigilant 🙂

4. Today, I saw the first snowdrop flowers this year.
