Hobby and robin

Today, again to Gooilust nature reserve.

This is a video about a hobby nest.

Close to the entrance, a hobby flying. Quite a rare bird, and the first time that I have seen this species here.

Himalayan balsam flowering, though the flowers are nearly finished.

Two adult mute swans swim in a ditch, with three youngsters. The young swans are almost adult size, but still a bit greyish.

Nuthatch sound. A great spotted woodpecker.

A male and a female blackbird on the lawn.

In the estate’s garden, quite some red admiral butterflies.

A buzzard circling high in the air.

A robin singing on a branch.
