This 26 M<arch 2018 video shows fallow deer in Zandvoort.
Translated from Dutch news agency Novum:
Zandvoort people put pro deer signs in gardens
This Friday, Zandvoort people put signs in their yards which welcome deer. One sign has been posted and nineteen other residents have taken signs for their gardens. This says Bram van Liere of the Party for the Animals, whose idea it was. He assumes that those signs will be put in the gardens as well.
If things depend on Van Liere’ party, deer will continue to roam freely in the dunes and will not be shot, as the province plans. The party therefore initiated the action to tempt residents of Zandvoort to place signs in their yards with the text “Deer, welcome in my garden.”
Van Liere came with his initiative last week after the province had decided that fallow deer outside the dunes may be shot. According to him people do not want that to happen, even though they sometimes complain about deer damaging gardens.

Daily De Gooi en Eemlander (paper edition, Saturday 21 July) writes:
There still has to be a fence put around the dunes. The Party for the Animals thinks that a good fence will prevent damage to agriculture and will be good for traffic safety.
Besides fallow deer there are also roe deer in the Zandvoort dunes.
