Peregrine falcon lays egg in nestbox in Noardburgum

Noardburgum – For the first time since very long ago, peregrine falcons are nesting in Friesland province again.
In the nestbox, which is 40 meters high on the power plant at the Burgumer Mar, a falcon this Wednesday has laid an egg.
The male half of the breeding pair is, visible from the coloured ring on its leg, one year old.
