During the national garden bird count, as I wrote, there were few birds near the village window.
Then, the house shaped bird feeder had just been replenished after being empty. Birds did not know yet there was food.
By today, however, the birds certainly know about the feeder.
First, a jackdaw.
Then, a male blackbird under the feeder, to eat fallen tidbits.
On the feeder: A great tit. Two blue tits. A robin.
Again, a great tit (the same individual??). Two blue tits.
Finally, three jackdaws on the feeder, and four jackdaws on the ground under it.
