Al Jazeera spoke to Nabeel Rajab, President of the Bahrain Centre for Human Rights about today’s speech by King Hamad bin Isa al-Khalifa.

Rajab remains critical of the promised reforms in the speech from Manama. “I don’t think it’s going to change anything on the ground,” said Rajab of the promised reforms to the parliament.
