From Staatsbosbeheer in the Netherlands:

What the Biesbosch National Forest Service rangers have predicted has come true. A pair of white-tailed eagles has made the wetland nature reserve their home. The couple has built a huge nest in a poplar tree near the water. “We have hoped this for years” says Thomas van Es, forester with the Forestry Commission in the Biesbosch.
“Because of the many conservation projects the Biesbosch nature reserve in recent years has expanded greatly. The freshwater tidal area is therefore an attractive place as a hunting and breeding ground for the sea eagle.”
