Birds Australia (BirdLife Partner) has won the ‘Natural Environment’ category of the Victorian Coastal Awards for its Beach Nesting Birds project, which has recruited local communities and land managers to improve the breeding success of the Near Threatened Hooded Plover Thinornis rubricollis: here.
