From the City Link Haarlem-Mutare site:
The City of Haarlem [in the Netherlands] has an official link with the City of Mutare in Zimbabwe. Mutare is situated in the eastern highlands of Zimbabwe on the border with Mozambique.
The official logo of this city link are two swifts.
In the summer, swifts breed in Europe, including Haarlem. In winter, they are in Africa, including Zimbabwe.
Wonderful and nice post of “Swifts in Haarlem-Mutare City Link logo”.
