9 June 2010 — Thousands of red ASU shirts packed Federation Square before marching towards parliament today, in support of the current test case before Fair Work Australia, demanding equal pay for women who make up 87 per cent of the social and community services sector across Victoria.

Thousands of women have marched in cities across Australia in a national protest to demand equal salaries for women, who earn an average of 18 per cent less than their male colleagues: here.
