Redwing and tufted ducks

This is a video from Japan of tufted ducks, coots, whooper swans, pintails, and Eurasian wigeon in winter.

Much of yesterday’s ice has melted away by now.

A ring-necked parakeet flying near the canal.

Near the cyclerack near the old astronomical observatory, a redwing looking for food between the fallen leaves.

In a small tree near the city library, both a great tit and a blue tit.

In a canal close to the Rhine: great cormorants; and two male and six female tufted ducks.
