This is a video of a wood lark; The Netherlands, Stabrechtse heide.
Today, first to Corversbos nature reserve.
A buzzard, circling high above the fields.
Minutes later, a kestrel flying upwards from the path, then hovering in the air.
Then. a group of wood larks, looking for food on the fields.
At the entrance of Gooilust reserve is a house. Today, a Christmas tree in its garden. Not a Christmas tree with ordinary ornaments, but with nets filled with bird food. It attracted great tits and blue tits. A nuthatch was eating from a net. About a meter below it, a robin. In a tree nearby, a great spotted woodpecker.
As we walked back, the nuthatch was again feeding in the Christmas tree.
