Nuthatch and fungi

This is a video about sculpture in the Leidse Hout, inciuding an interview with well known sculptor and author Jan Wolkers.

Today, to the Leidse Hout. A great cormorant flying overhad.

Much of the water being frozen, crowds of mallards, coots and moorhens in still open water.

A nuthatch climbing up a tree, circling it; so that sometimes you saw it, sometimes you didn’t.

Jays. A robin.

Sulphur tuft and Trametes versicolor fungi.

And Piptoporus betulinus fungi, both older and younger specimens, on a fallen birch tree.
